Responsibility
1. Help to setup the annual department target and formula the plan
2. Explore the oversea market, contact the international customers, seek for the orders and lead the negotiation and contract signed with oversea customers.
3. Be responsible for evaluation, tracking, management of the risk of oversea orders
4. Be responsible for the negotiation, sign, audit, delivery, custom clearance and collection of payment of the over orders.
5. Follow the order issues during the process of production, goods check, custom clearance and so on.
6. Setup and management of the customer files.
7. Recruit, educate and lead the team in working
8. Other responsibilities issued by GM
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree, age 30-40, CET6, Major in International trade or Business English as prefer
2. More than 4 year oversea sales experience in Shanghai ( Fields in engineering plastic, Chemist or similar industry as prefer)
3. Good teamwork, high sense of responsibility and the devotion
4. Good management and communication skill, and be able to explore the market independently
5. Familiar with the international trade process and hold the certificate, knowledge of relative rule and laws.
6. Be skillful of second langue as prefer
7. Skill in management of the risk, seeking for business opportunities by information
8. Be strong in modern sales knowledge and advertisement, good coordination and communication skill.
